Mental health with CWP question(s)

Pretty soon, I'll be going in for my CWP but I have a couple of questions I would like answered before that happens. And yes, I know it will be better coming from a lawyer, but 2 thingsI am currently in the process of setting up a consultation from a criminal defense lawyer in my areaI figured there might be some cops and/or people that have gone through this, in this subreddit, that may be able to shed some light on this topicWith that being said, let's get into it.I have had depression for quite a while. Undiagnosed, mind you, but it's 100% there. I have gone through background checks and everything with no issue(s) and have owned a handful of firearms since my 18th birthday. My first question is; if after I receive my CWP I decided to go to a crisis unit (on my own) or seek help elsewhere (therapy-wise) what would happen to my firearms and/or my CWP?And my second question is; if on the god-awful chance I ever needed to discharge my firearm to protect myself and/or my family, and I went to court for it (saying that hypothetically I had not sought medical help for my mental status at that point), what would happen if I said (under oath) that I have had depressive episodes? Thanks in advance for your help! via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/381Rs3D
