hey! i have a chronic wrist/arm issue on my dominant side that has prevented me from feeling like i can defend myself. i’d like to take classes but i know i can’t throw a punch or do lots of arm movement without hurting myself, so i’m hoping you all might have ideas. ideally that wouldn’t involve me carrying around something like a knife or taser. thoughts?
