local Walmart won't accept LTC as a valid ID?

I tried returning an item with no receipt. I handed over my Texas LTC and the cashier said it's not something they can accept because he doesn't have the option on his computer to select a LTC. I said it has my DL # on there also, just select DL or ID. He said no can do. No where on their policy says they cannot accept a LTC as an ID. has anyone been denied anywhere when showing their LTC ID? *edit - to add. Texas LTC ID looks exactly like our DL/ID cards and are considered a valid form of ID. They have our DL/ID number on them also. they look like this via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3bcJM0o
