As of right now Oklahoma has just adopted Constitutional Carry to take effect today. Congrats to Oklahoma for no longer requiring you to pay tax on a right handed down in the Bill of Rights!

Some people in Oklahoma are losing their minds, or realizing that dozens of states already have this with no issues.Previously, Oklahoma charged a tax of $85 per 5 years to allow you to exercise your second amendment right to bear arms. With this new law (newly elected and new to politics) Gov Kevin Stitt has made it legal without having to pay taxes. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/325vt7O

Combat Vet Don’t know where to post.

Shooting someone:90% of people I meet that eventually find out I am a combat veteran (Army 11B HMMV 240 Gunner Operation Enduring Freedom- Afghanistan 2008) that I end up comfortable with enough to expose this information. [I am by no means claiming to be a badass,Rambo, spec op or even your run of the mill mall ninja/ airsoft larper)How to make a Vet uncomfortable:Q: “Did you kill anyone?”A: “Yes” - you look at me like a monster while trying to reserve your judgementA: “ No” - you expect better ‘war stories’ and wonder what BS job I didExplanation: This makes any vet uncomfortable. Either I did kill enemy combatants and you think I am a monster OR I didn’t and you think I didn’t earn my ‘stripes’. Every Vet that did his/her time deserves the respect of volunteering for their country and does not need you criticism to validate that.Q: “Did you kill anyone?”A: “Yes”Q: “How many?”A: “Enough”Explanation: Ok you’ve gotten to the point where you’ve been trusted with the information that I have had to take another humans life. I am not proud of this and this is not an easy thing to live with. I truly have to live and cope with this everyday of my life; I do not want to justify this to you or anyone. The number of human lives taken in combat is irrelevant.Q: “How did it feel to shoot someone?”A: “ You have to do what you have to do”Explanation: If you have not done this, this is not a conversation for you. The thought process upon taking someone’s life is not a feeling. It’s a decision of who will live and who will die ( me vs you) The ‘winner’ is on the receiving end of these questions. We can go down the rabbit hole but in the end me and my friends trump you and your chaotic AK fire and half ass IED attempts. With all of this said I am willing to answer and relevant and mature questions. This isn’t a CCW situation but I have had to use a weapon for to defend my life and I feel I can answer some of those related questions.BTW CCW Glock 19.5 MOS Venom, trl7. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2PESITN

Cold Weather Non-Lethals

Hi all,

I live in a super cold area with low humidity. There's been a very notable rise in carjackings and road rage incidents turned to streetfights in my area in the past year or so. I have considered CCP but I think it's a bit of overkill for what I'm looking for. I've searched around and found a massive variety of stun guns, batons, bear maces, etc. Problem is that batteries don't generally love the below-freezing weather and I would struggle to remember to bring my stun gun/taser to the car each morning, and I don't know the first thing about batons so I'm flying blind here.

Does anyone have a suggestion of a non-lethal that's pretty compact that I can keep in my car with me? Open to everything, just skeptical with cold-weather performance on batteries and mace. Could use a little help if anyone can!

Defensive Carry Options

When it comes to my defensive carry, it can look like a lot of different things. This is due to the subjective nature of the topic. For me, my primary daily carry is defensive in nature. While this may be my “defensive carry” and typically consists of defensive tools, it does include a medical component, which is vitally important.I wanted to share with you what my defensive carry looks like so it can be some food for thought.Spyderco Manix2 Lightweight, Hinderer Investigator Pen, Sabre Red, Streamlight Protac 2LX, Red Meat Steel Rooster, TQ, Glock 43.I like to look at my defensive carry in terms of five categories:FirearmFlashlightKnifeMedicalNon-lethalIt’s always a balance between having the right amount of gear to handle a given situation and being loaded down with so much crap I eventually find myself not carrying anything at all. Keep in mind, there will be times when I only carry a few items from this list. This may be due to things within my control like clothing, or it may be due to things outside of my control like restrictions due to air travel, etc. Yes, I know I can travel with a firearm and have done so more times than I can count. I’m simply referring to the items I actually have on my body at any given time. With all of this in mind, let’s run through the items I’m currently carrying on a regular basis. This is not a sexy list and likely won’t win any awards for the best gear dump. However, it is built around function (for me) and its ability to fit into a defensive role. Again, don’t hold me to this list as it is not hard and fast. It changes frequently due to a variety of reasons. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2JDitQE

My friends ex boyfriend keeps attacking her

Okay so I need to know something because this is really starting to bother me , so there was a homecoming parade last week along with a homecoming game that me and my friends all decided to carpool and go to , she had just got out of a toxic relationship and he still would be weird and stalk her , he graduated last year and she is a junior he waited outside of the school the other day looking for her , so fast forward to later in the day , I’m riding with her (she’s driving) and my other friend , he starts following our car no matter where we go , then we try to turn around and he pulls in front of the car and tries to pull me out , I am much stronger than him so I just pulled the door shut and locked the door (I’m 15 he’s 19) he starts saying death threats like “do you want to die today” and “I’ll kill you bitch” which I simply brushed off because I believe he’s all bark no bite , he has 3 guns in his car so I can’t really beat his ass and then feel safe to walk because I’ve been told by multiple people that he is crazy in the head , so yesterday I was told by this girl that he got in her car at a gas station and the only way she could get him to get out , was by punching him in the eye, now tommorow we are all hanging out and I’m bringing a knife if he attacks me I will cut him , I need to know how much trouble will this put me in or what are so good measures to take to get him to leave us alone , because I will hurt him if he tries to cause harm to me , when In fact I’ve never meet this guy before in my life

Holster Recommendations

Howdy. I am very new to the world of carrying on the body. I have been shopping for a holster that I think I would like, wont hurt my bank account, and can be comfortable while having a lot of movement through my day. I did not realize all the different options of types of holsters there are and positions to carry them. I am looking for recommendations from experienced people. I own a Springfield XD mod.2 Sub Compact 3". This newbie would appreciate some guidance through this overwhelming topic.I have been looking at StealthGearUSA Ventcore and B.B.F Make (cheap Kydex holsters on Amazon). via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/325Pw66

Help choosing a holster, first-timer

I am new to CCW. I have a Glock 19 Gen 5 MOS. All I've done to it is talon grips and an Inforce APL-C light. I've noticed that having the light narrowed my holster choices immensely. I've so far narrowed it down to these 3.https://ift.tt/2N4AJog like to do IWB. I'm thinking of carrying at 2 o'clock, but not sure if it'll be an issue because I'm on the heavier side (240lb, 5'10). I might have to do 3 o'clock or 4 o'clock. I don't have friends or family that have experience with CCW so I haven't been able to try figuring out which would work better for me so I guess I have to just buy a holster and experiment. This has also narrowed my choices because I can't get an appendix only holster. What do you guys think of the 3 choices I listed? Are there any that you would recommend that I didn't mention? Thanks so much. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2N4AJVi

Carry ammo

Thinking of making my edc carry a 9mm. What brands or ammo types would you reccomend? I saw that seller and bellot jhp was cheap in bulk but is it good? Of course price matters but when life is on the line price is out the door. Thanks in advance. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2N1IOKi

Husband and I were assaulted on the street

Walking on a well lit sidewalk at night (around 630pm) and walked through a group of guys on bikes- they were on the side of the sidewalk and we did not engage them. They were likely mid 20s and one was on a bike. We walked past and as we get past the guy on the bike comes up behind my husband and slaps him in the back of the head. He then tried to instigate a fight and me being 27 weeks pregnant tried to de escalate. The guy slapped my husband in the face twice- pretty hard. Glad my husband kept his cool and we walked away but are pretty shaken up. I know we did the right thing by not escalating it as we were both outnumbered and I’m not in any position to defend myself. My husband is 5’5 and athletic and I’m shorter. I think part of the reason they felt emboldened was partly due to this too. The guys buddies stood back but were there.

I just don’t know what we could have done to avoid this, 9: prevent it in the future, and am feeling pretty helpless. Looked into mace and tasers but wanted to hear from you guys. We are in Boston and the area we live in has had an uptick in street assaults, robberies, etc.

Carrying and work?

Hey ccw friends!Every workplace I have worked at doesn't allow for carry at work. And if you do, it's automatic termination. My workplace is nice enough that we have armed police on site during the day, but I work nights. And even though I'm in a nice neighborhood, I worry about getting attacked on my way to my car (where I usually store my weapon while at work). In my state it's not illegal to have a gun at work, or anywhere with "no gun" signs. The law doesn't recognize those signs at all. However, I don't want to risk getting fired over having a gun at work. How do you guys handle this kind of stuff? I'm sure I'm not the only one who works somewhere with a policy like this. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2JE3KVL

Forgot my CCW handgun

Today, for the first time in 4 years, I left my apartment without my handgun by accident. For backstory it’s very cold today. At least for someone who’s lived in Texas pretty much his whole life. (It’s in the 30s today) As an avid outdoors person in Texas I’ve become used to heat. So when I woke up this morning and stepped outside and realized I was going to be miserable today my morning routine changed a bit and it took me longer to get ready for work. I was running a little late so I ran out the door and when I got to work I got out of my truck and immediately realized I was carrying less weight on my belt and obviously noticed I wasn’t carrying. I have had my LTC for 4 years now and since getting it I have not walked out my door without my handgun. Needless to say when I got to work this morning I legitimately felt naked. My pants don’t feel like they fit properly, sitting is way more comfortable, I feel like I’m going through withdrawals. It’s very weird.Anyone else ever left without their firearm on accident? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2NvVp7l

M&P Shield options

So I just applied for my permit (WI) and I have been looking for a while now about which handgun to pull the trigger on buying :)Anyways, I've settled on the Shield either 1.0 or 2.0. The biggest thing I have seen thus far in reviews is the trigger being gritty. So my question to you is would it be worth it on getting a good deal on a 1.0 ($210) and buying an apex or hyve shoe to replace to original trigger, or just skip ahead an go for a stock 2.0 ($290)Much thanks! via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2qSTv9h

Looking for holsters for jericho 941 handguns

Im looking for concealed carry holsters for a jericho 941 pistol. The variant is a nickel plated, single action only, frame mounted safety. Its a police/military trade in.I have a holster for the new model jericho 941 with the rail on it and the trade in jericho fits in that holster but it doesnt fit nearly as snugly or retain as well as the pistol its designed for.Alien gear makes holsters for the magnum research baby desert eagle (IWI)and the magnum research baby desert eagle IIIBut I dont know if either of those will fit and ive had a hard time finding good information on those pistols as google just throws back the standard jericho 941 pistol when I try and search those.Anyone know a company that makes a good secure holster for either of these two? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2JQQ8qj

Holstered and chambered p365 safety concerns?

Is there any literature anyone can point me to regarding the internal mechanical safeties of a Sig Sauer p365 that has no manual safety? I've been carrying unchambered a few days but want to read a bit more about my gun so I feel better about carrying chambered. I have carried a few hours chambered but keep getting squeamish. I use a Vedder Lighttuck AIWB. I've searched "chambered" on this subreddit and read quite a few massive threads about it, but am more curious about my particular gun. I've seen a lot of posts about the 1911 but not for my newer gun. I've done some Googling but haven't been able to find much about the actual internal safeties. Thank you! via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2Jz047G

CCW after a stay of adjudication (MN)

Backstory: I was arrested for alleged domestic assault and had to surrender my firearms and CCW permit. My in-laws were supposed to transfer the firearms to the sherrif, but when they found out there were fees involved, decided to keep them instead. There was no trial so there was no conviction, however I plead guilty to "causing fear" with the condition if I completed a year of probation, it wouldn't go on my record.Fast forward a year (and successful probation) and I wanted my firearms back from the in-laws. They refused. I provided documentation that I was entitled to getting them back. Still refused. I got my permit to purchase to prove I could own/buy firearms. They refused. I had to essentially start the process of filing a civil case against them before they caved and returned them.On to my question: Do I need my record expunged in order to get my CCW back? My lawyer seemed to think that I was OK to own, but CCW is an extra privilege that is blocked because I was added to a database somewhere (not super confident with her answer).A CCW co-worker told me though that the permit to purchase and the CCW databases are the same, so if I'm good for one, I'm good for both. I thought about taking the class and applying again, but asking you guys is free, so here I am.TL;DR Got arrested for DA. No conviction on my record. Currently have my permit to purchase, can I get my CCW back? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/333vtql

Tier 1 Xiphos or T.Rex Raptor

Hey everyone, I'm looking to get a good appendix holster for my G19.5 MOS with an RMR and APLc. I haven't dived incredibly deep in the holster world because I usually only buy from a few companies but since bravo concealment doesn't make an LB holster for the APLc I've decided to look at either T.Rex Arms Raptor or the Xiphos by Tier 1 Concealed. Does anyone recommend one over the other? Both will be around 85-90$ without shipping and I'll be using tuckable clips instead of the big wide one. I have suppressor height sights and I usually go with a mid guard, no threaded barrel. Let me know if you have any other suggestions because I'm open to ideas. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/31WK8Cl

Fiber-optics on your CCW; Finally Durable Enough to Trust your Life With?

So I have a buddy that just replaced his factory sites on his G17 with TruGlo TFX Pro Tritium/Fiber day night sights, and is raving about them. We're going to go out shooting soon so I can try them out too, but I was curious, are they remotely worth the insane MSRP I'm seeing and are they even durable enough for a CCW? Training aids like laser cartridges

I am a student in college, and my course load this semester has forced me to drop my job. Because of this, I can no longer afford the 200-400 rds a month I was shooting for the first 8 months of the year, and I can maybe afford to shoot 200 rds every 2 months. While the amount I am carrying has also dropped drastically due to not being able to carry on campus, I still feel like dry firing is not enough to keep my skills up to the minimum I want. Obviously the solution would be to shoot more, but I simply can’t afford that and also afford food.I do however have the opportunity to still get some small things from my family for Christmas, and I’m considering asking for a laser cartridge to supplement dryfiring. Most of them are less expensive than a single 200rd trip to the range.I’d like any recommendations on what laser cartridge to get (if it matters) and ways to get the most out of one. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2oxquiP

If someone brandishes a weapon.

I live in a stand your ground state and I was just thinking about this randomly: If i were somewhere like a gas station and someone comes up to me wanting to start a problem and for example lifts up their shirt, revealing a gun, what would be the law for drawing and possibly firing right then and there? I would assume that would count as a fear for my life and would be justified? Went to NYC recently and first time ever I felt uncomfortable knowing there were no good guys with guns. Anyone ever felt that way when traveling?

So I’m from Oklahoma. You couldn’t go to a crowded place without a third of the adult population not carrying. It’s something I’ve never thought about but I just realized how that’s a comforting feeling. We don’t really have mass shooters around here because everyone knows that everyone has a gun. Last one I can think of was in OKC about two years ago and ended about 30 seconds after it started when two armed citizens shot and killed the assailant before he could do much damage. So went to NYC recently and as we all know it isn’t a friendly place at all for guns or concealed carry so I left my gun at home. But being on the street with thousands of people around, or in a theatre packed with a few hundred other people, or in a restaurant with a couple hundred people, or packed in a subway like a sardine (you get it)... I just kept thinking about how easy of a target this was. Hundreds or thousands of people, close proximity, none are armed. It’s the first time I realized how much safer I feel at crowded spaces in my state.Does anyone else ever think about this when they travel to gun free zones? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2N05rid

The first round in the magazine

1: I keep a round in the chamber 2: I unload my carry after I get home. ( I have another gun for home defense )I want to make sure if this is right: it is okay to keep the ammo in the magazine for a long time if you don’t get contamination such as a cup of coffee in there. Any advice/thoughts LTC in Texas.

Recently took my license to carry class, applied, and finger printed. Went to check the status of my application the evening on the day that I was finger printed, and on the page it didn’t display an application status. Just checked it again 4 business days later and it’s still not showing anything. Only option the page displays ( after entering my drivers license and birthday ) is an option to apply for my instructors license. There is a notation that if a license is issued Nothing will be displayed. Is it possible my license was issued that fast? I have a clean background ( previously employed by the sheriffs office and current VFF both of which run backgrounds ). Just seems odd because I haven’t gotten any type of email, and nothing has came through the mail yet. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2pcvE49

Is underarm carry unpopular?

I open carry on occasion, on my hip at 3-4 o'clock, usually under my vest or coat. Old style leather holster. What I was wondering was why do I not see very many underarm holsters being used or talked about? Based on the way I dress the underarm "detective" style seems more prudent. J-frame died halfway through dot torture, revolver uber-reliability is a myth

This is not intended as a screed against the J-frame, but at the range today I had a perfect example of how revolvers can spontaneously fail and become useless. At about the 40 round mark in the first round of dot torture with my 442, I open the cylinder to perform a speed reload and abruptly discover the cylinder will not close again. Spinning the cylinder, checking for debris under the ejector, and checking for obvious broken parts or mechanical issues fail to fix the problem. At this point the gun is out of the fictional "fight" completely, so it goes in the bag.At home I figure out the problem. The ejector rod came unthreaded under recoil and managed to unwind itself while the cylinder was open, becoming long enough to block the cylinder from closing. I try to tighten it and...it comes apart. Duh, reverse thread. Put everything back together and it appears to work now. This isn't the first time the gun has suffered a hard stop at the range, either. I've had four ammunition failures, two with reloads and two with factory ammo, all bullet separations under recoil. One resulted in powder getting under the ejector, jamming the gun and ending the range session. The others required blowing the powder out and finding a tool to push the separated bullet out of the chamber. Changes to ammo selection and the amount of crimp I use in my reloads seems to have fixed this.Total round count? Just under 400. On average the gun hasn't even gone 100 rounds between failures that stopped the gun completely and needed detailed cleanout or going home to the workbench to figure out and fix. To date I have never had an auto go down on the range and stay down. I've had shitty cheap jam-o-matic autos, but never one that broke and could not be immediately fixed with a standard malfunction clearance.I only carry the 442 for deep conceal, and carry with a single speed strip at the most, so I'm not too worried about whether the gun will make it through 10 rounds of properly crimped ammo in a hurry, but still. How many people buy a snubbie, put 20 rounds a year through it, stuff some shitty bulk ammo in the cylinder, and assume it'll work because "granpappy sez revolvers never jam"? Test your carry guns and test your carry ammo. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/32ZWY4i

Need Ideas on How to Stay Safe/Use SelfDefense While I Walk To Work Or Use a Rideshare like Lyft or Uber

I'm a small female who can only lift and carry about 20 pounds. I know I'm weak and am slowly working on it. The thing is that I also have major anxiety and have to either take a Uber/Lyft to work or walk 15 minutes(in the dark) to a bus and then walk another 5 minutes.

I don't mind the walk except that it IS so dark. There's no streetlamps out here. It's a residential neighborhood but we have a lot of drug use and gangs out here. With my anxiety, I keep thinking someone is going to come up behind me.

The Uber/Lyft scares me since I keep hearing so many horror stories about the driver hurting the passenger. My husband puts his name on our account so they don't know that they're picking up a female until later.

What can I do? Is there any simple Self defense I can being so weak? Which option is better? Walking with the bus or Ridesharing?

NC CCW alcohol Question

This might be a dumb question but I'm waiting for my NC CCW permit to come in. Am I able to have a drink on my own private property(not carrying in public) and if needed use my weapon to prevent imminent harm to myself. Sleepwalking and Concealing

Not sure if anyone has addressed this here, but I would like some reassurance. I'm not a crazy sleepwalker by any means, but I have been known to get up and do some weird things without memory. Is it safe for me to keep my loaded weapon at my bedside? Should I not keep one in the chamber when I sleep? Should I leave it in my holster? For most of the convention, I will have my ccw on my person, but for when I want to drink or what not, I want to put it in a safe. Should I use the safe provided by the hotel, or just bring mine with me? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2q3S5Z3

J Frame OWB Holster

Hello,Now that it is fall I'd like to carry my MP340 OWB under a sweatshirt or flannel. Can anyone recommend a leather high ride belt slide pancake type holster for this? Also does anyone do this with a k frame? Thanks. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/31VJBke

Gun Belt Comparison

I recently was sent five CCW/ EDC gun belts to review. I tried to make a video with some insight from someone who has actually worn all these belts and can comment on how they compare to one another. Also, I decided to giveaway some of the belts to my viewers since I don't need five and since they are probably better served in someone else's setup rather than sitting in my closet collecting dust. A lot of you on this subreddit have supported me along the way and I cannot thank you all enough. Hopefully the giveaway is a small token to show my appreciation. Link to the video is attached below if you are interested in hearing my thoughts on these belts.https://youtu.be/U-kolX3-cxo via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2MTxjUZ

Something the size of a Ruger LCP but with sights that dont suck.

So ive been carrying a ruger LCP for years now, it lives in my front right pocket and goes with me pretty much anywhere. I love it, its tiny, light and I even enjoy shooting it, but the sights are by far the worst part. So I am looking for something to replace it. I know its a belly gun and any time I may need to use it I wont even likely use the sights but I would like a gun that is that small that I can reliably use the sights with, just in case. Does anyone have any recommendations? I have a Glock 43 and I really enjoy it but its a tad too big to pocket carry all the time so it would need to be something really the size of the LCP.My criteria are that it is roughly as small as an LCP but has removable sights or comes with real pistol sights and no safety. Any ideas? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/344md5o

Just punched a buck

250+ lb deer just rushed my dog ... all I could think to do was run at it and throw a punch while being loud to scare him.

Am I aloud to shoot that fucker? Luckily my dog got out of the way and didn't get injured. And my tactics worked for the most part ... but he's still lingering outside and im scared for my animals.

Help me find a better AIWB please? Xds 3.3" .45

Edit: formatting came out wrong on post, I'll clean it up later tonight.Short version: I currently carry my EDC as springfield xds 3.3" .45 with Crimson Trace LG-469G in a crossbreed aiwb holster. I want to see if I can get better concealment (of course mostly grip focused) from any other vendors.I want to try the Vedder Light tuck with claw but they -do not offer- the claw if the xds has a laser attached (sigh). Can anyone help recommend any potentially better concealment holsters as it pertains to pulling the grip in tight to my body?Long version: Stats: Body: White male Moderately athletic build (no beer belly) 6'1" 192 lbs Moderately slim, muscular frameTypical clothing: Baggy blue jeans (NOT sagging, but loose-fit) Size 36-40 quality gun belts Loose fitting t-shirts during warmth T-shirt topped by a heavy carhartt coat during cold Steel-toed work boots 7am-430pm. Comfortable slip on dress shoes leisure time Steel toed ass kicker boots during bar nightsWork environment: Inside warehouse work (I am the site "boss") Employer is strictly against weapon-carry at work I legally carry with CCW permit every day aiwb (Concealed is concealed). Open- & concealed-carry friendly state. Only roughly 3 months of year are cold here. (Logically) roughly 9 hot months (sweat an issue) Physical work with forklift/lifting heavy products Bounce between WH and office work in a chair. 5+ years at employer, no fear of being "made" dailySo I daily carry a springfield xds 3.3" .45 with a crimson trace lg-469g laser in a crossbreed aiwb holster. I honestly really like this carry and it is both comfortable and concealable enough. However, I want to try to upgrade my concealability if at all possible (who doesn't want to upgrade eventually?). Occasionally i find scenarios, being very physically active, that a trained eye would spot my grip printing on my shirt. Facts of life as we all know, but the grind to minimize print is real, mirite boys?So I want two do two things: 1) I want to buy a hellcat osp, and throw it on my ankle in an ankle holster with calf support. I have room in my pants, and this is by far the easiest conceal method for me since my belly presses against nasty things /sometimes humans on the daily and belly bands are not a consideration.I will -not- carry the hellcat in aiwb, I actively refuse as it does not have an external safety or grip safety. I respect all of your opinions -greatly-, but please spare me the "you dont need a safety to be safe lrn 2 handle yer forearmz" parade. Its my junk and im still actively making babies with it, lets stay on topic.2) Now, apart from buying the hellcat and slapping it on my ankle, I want to decrease the visibility of my aiwb xds. I have seen positive review after positive review of the vedder lighttuck series, and so I went to check it out. Looks great! Love the claw idea! Problem is, vedder does not offer the claw option on holsters with lights/lasers attached for obvious space reasons, I assume.Im not going to remove my laser from my main carry and place it on my BUG merely because a holster I'm curious about doesnt support the laser, so here I am, asking for advice. Some might ask why I need a .45 main and a 9mm bug to walk around work. Well, I work in an inner city warehouse district that the cops are afraid of (honestly), and all 8-10 blocks surrounding me are literally (im not kidding) infested with drug users and homeless people/crack/methheads. There are THREE homeless shelters on either sides of my work building, and i can watch the methheads having relations with each other in the alley directly across from my work bay doors. I often work overnight or in the 3 am hours where loneliness isnt a mans best friend in even the best of situations. 80% of the time I'm at work, I'm completely alone in the building, but sometimes have a coworker with me on certain days. I could go on, but I feel my needs are expressed. Can anyone suggest upgrade alternatives to the crossbreed aiwb for my situation? Money isn't a real concern or consideration, I just want a potentially improved setup if its out there.Any ankle carry suggestions for the upcoming hellcat purchase are also welcomed.Thank you so much in advance everyone! via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2WnLIff
