In this scenario, say that a lone attacker has grabbed me from behind and put their hands around my neck. I have no idea if they want to rob me or if they want to kill me. I have a pocket knife opened in my pocket unbwknwst to the attacker, and my arms are free. Assuming I have 10 seconds or less, what spot should I stab the knife that would be most likely make the person let go and stun them with pain long enough for me to escape them?
