Medical EDC: Flat-packed SOFT-T or Phlster pocket kit?

I'm only looking to carry one thing in one pocket. Is it better to have a single proper tourniquet and nothing else, or the Phlster kit with a SWAT-T and a hemostatic dressing? via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2WcoPy1
