RATS tourniquet

It's been the subject of some controversy (I never really bothered looking into why), and this is an interesting video. Discusses the criticism of RATS if anybody cares about those details. Inventor says that it was inspired by a recommendation by military surgeons sometime ago to use surgical tubing as a tourniquet, so he pretty much took that idea and added a cleat for fastening.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2iWsY89iD1w&t=202sPersonally, I carry RATS because it is super lightweight, can be applied one handed, and works on limbs of all sizes.I am of the opinion that everybody should carry basic trauma equipment, so carry whatever works for you. via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2McBHAs
