Security Guards and CCW

So I have a WCL in GA and work as a security guard. From my understanding I am not legally allowed to carry while I am working because as a security guard I dont have the right to defend myself without some extra permits or license.I'm wondering if I bring my pistol in and have it in a backpack and put it in a locked locker if that would still count as breaking the law? GA doesnt enforce no weapon signs and I dont care its against both company policies. I just don't want to go to prison if I slide over and grab it to defend myself in an active shooter situation since I'm a security guard and not allowed to carry as a security guard. via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2KcBI4P
