Is there a single documented instance of a gun discharging while being carried appendix, through no fault of the carrier?

I really want to start carrying AIWB / appendix. I'm more than willing to spend on a good holster, I get plenty of training, etc. However, I just can't get over the fear of putting a round through my femoral and dying on the spot.Yes, I know in my brain, mechanically, guns don't just go off. Yes, I know I can carry AIWB condition 3 for a while to "get comfortable" with the idea of muzzling my groin. But is there any documented instance of a gun discharging while being carried AIWB, through no fault of the person carrying ? For example, maybe a car accident that destroys the holster and manages to pull the trigger? Or the one-in-a-million mechanical failure that discharges a round into the groin? There are plenty of news stories where people shoot themselves doing Mexican carry or some other stupid thing. I'm not talking about those. I'm only looking for unintentional discharges or injuries or deaths caused by something OTHER than the person's negligence or stupidity. via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2HWXRkL
