On Tuesday, I ordered a custom holster (no refunds). On Wednesday I read a new post on /r/CCW about how the P365 has all sorts of problems, supposedly fixed last year, but exist on guns manufactured in February. Today the $430 of Academy gifts I paid for $400 for arrived and I went out to buy the gun anyway.Feel a little bad because I showed them their competitor's price for them to beat by 5%, but I didn't realize until the end that they matched $50 under the competitor's price. Actually it was the guy counter that told the manager that told the cashier the lower price. I was holding my daughter through the whole process so I was a little distracted. Ended up with a $30+$50+5% price match+10% military discount (sticker price $499.99). Also it turns out I got the night sight version.Spent a couple hours cleaning it thoroughly and then cleaning my current gun that the neighbor wants to buy.
