Flying with a small pistol box in my checked luggage, should I lock it to my luggage with a cable?

This is my first time flying with my pistol and I'll be using a small pistol lock box that has a cable that I could lock to the inside of my luggage making it difficult to remove the locked box without damaging the suitcase, cabel, or the box.Is this something I should bother with, or will the TSA not be okay with it?http://bit.ly/2WytMhw via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2DVAk2c
