I am female with a walking disability and I need crutches. I am a small looking young girl and very unstable. I feel really vulnerable and I feel like I'm an easy target. Is there any way I can defend myself incase I want to buy self defence weapons or at least a safety alarm but it'd be useless because I can't carry it in my hands so I don't know where and what to do I don't even know if this is the right place to ask this question
