I am currently renting($500 monthly) a room at my parents. I have a CPL and own a few firearms. One of my parents is in jail awaiting trail. On the off chance they get probation do I have to move my firearms out my room and the house? I know that they aren’t allowed to possess them or have access but if I have locks on my door and the firearms are in a safe can I still have them? That is my area of control and no one has access to it but me. If I have to move them then my CPL is useless and I carry daily.
