Given that anything can't be concealed nor be used for anything other than a "tool", is there anything that you can carry in Canada for self defense? by the sounds of that law, "tactical pens" and kubatons are illegal? Especially since I'd obviously be "concealing" it in my pocket and not walking around with it in my hand.
