I’ve heard from a number of sources that posting signs like thesecan serve as a form of premeditation. The argument being that if you put up a sign like this, you’re displaying violent tendencies and demonstrating you have been ready and prepared to shoot someone. The same can be said with ‘Beware of Dog’ signs, in that if someone is bitten by your dog, you knew your dog was dangerous and yet still allowed them out and about, free to bite people.Can any legal experts attest to these statements? I feel like signs by themselves are bad ideas because they’re essentially saying we have guns here, come rob us.
