What should I do about getting screwed over on a holster?


I recently ordered a holster from Aegis Armory. To make long story short they lost my first order. They then made a second holster to send and it took over three weeks. They said I would get my holster in 10 days. After it arrived it didn't fit my Glock 26. The kydex was too big. I complained again and they wanted to send another holster but I have already picked a different one to go with. I simply wanted a refund. They want the holster back but refuse to pay for the shipping and won't refund the shipping I have already paid.
