VA concealed carry permits no longer accepted by PA after 16 May 2018

According to the PA AG's website, VA permits no longer meet PA requirements "due to that state's omission of mental health, juvenile delinquency, character and protection from abuse order checks on its background investigations for permit applicants". The site states:*Virginia concealed carry licenses will no longer be recognized by Pennsylvania after the reciprocity agreement terminates on May 16, 2018.On the other hand, Idaho and Alabama permits are now recognized by PA.Don't read too far into that PennLive article, though, because the AG goes on to say some stupid shit about the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2HGtKxb
