CCWer pulled out his gun at a small party I had

I'm going to try to keep this short and sweet but I feel like I need to talk about this with people who'll understand. Ask questions and I'll get to them after training.21 y/o former Army MP came to a small party in my apartment. After a few drinks and weird threats, he pulled out a modded glock 19 he was carrying. He proceeded to drop the mag, empty the chamber, and point it at someone. He then pulled the trigger (dry fire) and laughed when the girl was scared.He went around the room showing it to girls and asked me if he could do a "desk pop". Hed acted like he wanted to fight me multiple times earlier and got really confrontational when I told him to put it away. I talked to him while my roommate went to his ride and told them he needed to leave. They made an excuse and left with him.I don't really know what to think. I think we handled it okay, but I also feel really uncomfortable that he pulled out a gun and there was nothing i could do about it. I could have called police, but my apartment complex charges fines for police responses and I'm underage.
