For CPL holders in Wayne County, where did you turn in your application? Do you think that made a difference in how long it took for a response?I took my CPL course this past weekend, and my instructor noted that taking my application to the County Clerk in Downtown Detroit can result in a 6 month or longer wait time, but I'm closer to downtown than to Westland where the Sheriff's office is. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2w2nERU
