Hello. I am currently a Nevada resident looking to buy a handgun. I figured it would be worth it to buy a ccw at $40 and not have to pay for the background check every time I buy a gun. I found out that I can take the Virginia course online and it be reciprocated for Nevada and other states. Is this true? Also, it says there is a $100 application fee, but once you're finished with the course you get a certificate that can be printed out right away. Do I need to mail in the application and wait for it to arrive before I can buy a gun? Or can I just take the certificate in and use that? Thank you via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2uFLocC
