Driving through Kansas last week, long story short, me and this guy exchange words, but i was careful not to escalate things. All of a sudden he lifts his shirt to show a .380 in his front pocket. He didn't make a move for the pistol so we both just walked away. I made a police report and they said, "lifting your shirt to show a gun is not a crime."If that's what the police said, why should I care about printing? Kansas, like Colorado, is an open carry state. I concealed carry, but feel like I shouldn't care about printing. What are your thoughts? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2vn67no
