I recently applied for a CCW permit here in Florida, and was denied. I'm a 66 year old male who moved to Florida from Michigan. I was very surprised to learn I had a Assult (non sexual) and a Robbery on my record, which I don't believe are felonies. They happened they said when I was 18 & 24, I honestly don't remember them. I guess getting old IS a bitch. How can I find out if they are or not felonies, and if I can still get a CCW? Whats sealing your record and how's that done?
