Concealed Carry Permit in Constitutional Carry State

Sorry if this has been asked before - reddit's search is not that great and I could not find anything with the terms I used. With Missouri having recently becoming a Constitutional Carry state, should I still try to get a permit to conceal carry? I'm ex-military and know how to handle a weapon, but I've not shot one since I got out about 2 years ago. I know shooting is a perishable skill, so taking the permit classes would probably help freshen me up a bit I suppose. Also, in the event Constitutional Carry gets overturned or changed in the future, I would have the permit already.TL;DR: In a Constitutional Carry state, is it advisable to still get a CCW/CCL, or is it best to spend that money on more ammunition and range time? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2iF4eKC
