Been wanting to get my first pistol, and want to get the boring practical 15 round compact that everyone else gets; but now I'm being tempted to get a 1911, mostly to trick it out as eye candy. I don't want a gun just to look pretty at the range, and the 1911 has obviously earned it's place in this world as a fighting weapon but is it antiquated by it's magazine size do you suppose? I've always thought round count was the most important thing in the world when it came to pistols since the guy with the last bullet wins so the saying goes.Am I doing something I shouldn't be by letting myself get tempted by something that looks pretty? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2k7PQ08
