Are you obligated to tell an LEO if you are carrying and just having friendly conversation?

Hey guys, I've developed a lot of friends on my local police department and I see them frequently on and off the job. Am I required legally to tell them if I am carrying if we are just catching up? In Nebraska, our State is duty-to-inform. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2jeSxj1
