I have switched to strong side carry the last few weeks for a number of reasons I didn’t like appendix. However I’m now experiencing some low back pain on that same side and hip pain on the opposite side. I workout often and am relatively fit so it has to be something with my setup maybe or I’m just not used to it yet.Anyone have this issue with recommendations or tips for me? It doesn’t really matter what size gun I carry so I’m guessing it’s a me problem.I also wear a lot of shorts/sweatpants if they gives any relevant info. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/ZVObd5E
