As a threat and someone who could potentially do something? Usually its someone thats getting emotional and aggressive and saying something along the lines of "come on shit head, what you want to do about it?"
I honestly feel verbally threatening people tend to be all talk no action. I don't buy into it and just walk away. I just know if you're verbally attacking me you're not coming near me and if you do I might take action.
