Is there a different process of obtaining a PA ccw permit if I've previously had one in another state?

I am originally from PA but moved to VA for 5 years and in that time I got my ccw permit. I am now moving back to PA and my VA permit is still active. Do I have to go through the same process as applying if I never had one? I thought I read somewhere that I could potentially skip some of the wait time if I provide my VA permit. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/38xdLQB
