2 miles from me in the suburbs, a man was carjacked by two teens around 5am . Teens were both shot , hit and hospitalized as they were driving away . My brother said “that could be a problem for the CCW holder as he was not in any danger as they ( the teens )were driving away and technically not harming the driver “. Opinions ? .
