The question is obviously not aimed at those who refrain from joining these events because they can't carry. It's aimed at those who still wish to participate while being mindful of their personal safety. The question also assumes you're still aware of your surroundings.That being said, how do you do it? Firearms are a nono, and so are knife pockets. I assume medical kits made of plastic that are highly conceivable would pass, and maybe a plastic can of pepper spray, but besides that, nothing.
