I know that it takes a while for these thing to go through but I was shocked today that I'm looking at a 99 day wait just to get fingerprinted so I can turn in the application.I wouldn't have been surprised if I was in Wake or Buncombe but I'm shocked that Onslow is so slow.Is it possible to get fingerprinted in another county and submit the card to your local sheriff? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3fJPDgv
