I heard this a few times before I started carrying, and I thought people were a little paranoid. Don't even tell your close family members or your gun owner friends? I thought "oh they get it, it won't be a problem", but I was wrong.In the past few months, there have been three separate times one of those gun owning friends/family members have asked me not to carry somewhere. Whether I do or not is still up to me, because concealed is concealed, but it wouldn't even be a concern if I hadn't blabbed about it.Just hoping another new CCW holder will read this and be a little more discreet with who they let know.
