Wait to apply for ccl?

I just turned 21, and my current ID and FOID have my current address that I plan on moving from within the next couple of weeks. Should I wait to apply for my CCL until I move or apply now and do updates for the ID, FOID, and CCL once I move? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3hU2vDJ
