I just moved to GA and applied for a conceal carry permit but it's going to take up to 4 months to receive it. I am from KY and return to KY frequently. I had my ccdw permit in ky but surrendered it in when I moved. Does the constitutional carry apply to any US resident or KY residents only? I'm not concerned about the reciprocity once I get my GA conceal carry permit, and I don't plan on carrying in GA until I get it, but I would like to continue to carry in KY when I return.
