Sign up date was in April 2020, Interview August 2020. Permit was 8 days later.Thoughts - Process outlined was intimidating which I think is to keep "casual carry" from obtaining. Researched process, talked to several people and put a complete package together. Process is not hard and fairly straight forward. Great assistance from Sheriff dept. as they answered the phone each time I called.
