I carry 24/7 and I'm very against leaving guns unattended in vehicles, however, I will need the option to do so going forward. I will be having kids and my siblings are having kids. If I'm at one of their houses or the grandparents and need to leave the piece in the car for whatever reason, I'd like to secure it just from curious kids (the siblings children will not be taught gun safety unfortunately). For that matter I still need to figure out how to secure my carry piece when I'm at home once I have children in the house. A cheap safe should do the trick I would think.
