I'm trying to find a dependable Red Dot for my EDC. I'm carrying a Glock G48, so anything that fits a G43X or G48 would work. I want to mill the slide out to minimize parallax. So far, the only RDS's that look like they fit the slimmer slides are either flimsy (Shield RMSC) or hideously expensive. I like the Vortex Viper a lot, but the profile looks to be a bit wide.Has anyone got a first- or second-hand recommendation on a durable slim RDS where I can get the sight for about $300 or less?
