Pepper spray with dye to mark attacker?

So I recently learned about a self defense tool by SABRE called “Defense ID: Defense Marking Spray with UV Dye”. Basically it’s a dye that you spray in an attackers face that dyes their face purple for up to 2 days. That way the attacker can be more easily identified. However the product does not have pepper spray in it. I was wondering if there was a pepper spray that has a dye like that in it? Thanks in advance!
