I have my Pennsylvania permit (and driver's license) listed under my parent's address. I am now moving to an apartment in a different county still in PA, do i need to update my address/county or get a new permit in the new county? I've heard that it does not matter until the permit expires, but does that still apply if in a different county? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/31ygoO9
