Been CCW-ing for 10 years now, and my license it up in Sept. I called around to every Sheriff in my county and all adjacents, and none have appointments. They are either booked until June 2021 or not taking appts. at all. SMH.However, I did learn that even if I'm an OH resident, I can get a non-resident permit from another state, and I'm good to go. I'm looking into options at the moment, but has anyone else done this (particularly fellow Ohioans)? It looks like NH is a very good choice.Finally, if I do manage to do this, why would I even bother renewing my OH license? It's a lot of hoops to jump through if I don't have to.
