Holster made for sights with a pistol that does not have sights

Hi everyone My girlfriend recently bought me an iwb vedder lighttuck holster I’m excited about. She said yes for the option regarding having a rmr/red dot sight (she thought that was what the iron sights are) however I don’t have one nor do I plan on getting one.
