Anyone else have issues with Mossberg MC1 9mm not returning to full battery?

I'm currently having a 40% fail rate , I've tried 3 different ammunition manufacturers and over 400 rounds. Mossberg is telling me its my grip causing this issue, considering the mc1 is a subcompact ccw...you'd think this wouldn't be a huge issue via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/31b4Ujq
