Need a good hybrid AIWB custom holster! What are your suggestions?

I am looking for a holster for a Q4 Tac with a red dot and TLR-7A. I can't seem to find a reputable hybrid holster maker that will make one with my specific accessories and gun. Either AIWB Or 3 o clock. At this point, I might just go full kydex. Has anyone tried Black Arch's ADM? How comfortable is it and how is the retention?I've tried Stealthgear, Vedder, and Black Arch.
