Given covid-19, counties closed down processing ccw permits where I live (Georgia). My father waited till the last minute to do his ccw permit and now he's searching all over the place to receive it.He did usacarryonline($79) which I told him was a scam but he didnt believe me. Later, he got a package in the mail that contains paperwork for a ccw from the state of Virginia.Is it possible if he filled it out and send it to Virginia, he can get a non-residential ccw that is usable?
