So I will be starting nights at my job soon which is in a fast food environment in a busy city (in the UK). From what I’ve heard fights do kick off fairly often and staff has been threatened before ( by drunk people). I have no experience with self defence or fighting and am quite passive. I’m quite skinny, I wouldn’t say I’m weak but I’m not amazingly strong either. I could do with mainly mental tips as to be expecting a punch to get thrown so I can avoid the situation. Obviously I don’t want to fight and would try to calm the situation first. But how do I prepare if it goes south fast? Thx
