Which states has the most strict CCW shooting qualifications?

Non American here, I'm assuming that some states require that those appying for CCW permits pass a qualifications test for accuracy, safe firearms handling etc. Which of these states have the most demanding standards for CCW and what are those standards? via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2EjaK7F
