A little late to this, cos I got mine a several months ago, but...I live in Columbus. Filled out the paperwork, got me a passport photo (which I thought I’d need, but actually didn’t, since I embedded a photo in my PDF form). Sauntered down to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office on a fine Tuesday morning. Handed it all in, got my picture taken, and walked out with my CHL card in less than half an hour.
