Is a suppressor ready firearm harder to conceal?

I've seen many people talking about suppressor ready guns being harder to conceal when carrying appendix because of the threaded barrel, however, what about strong side carry/small of back?I'm looking into getting rid of my 43x and getting either a P10c or a P07.
