How to prevent bullet set back?

So obviously the best way to prevent it is to not empty you gun, but I live on a military base and have to unload my pistol every time I go back on base. Is there a way to prevent bullet set back or is my best bet just to switch up my rounds every so often so the same one isn’t getting rechambered constantly? via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2JeKluS
