Flying with OC Spray?

I know flying with a pistol has been covered here ad nauseam, but I was wondering, are there any special regulations about flying with OC Spray? I imagine it would have to be checked, but it's not the kind of thing that needs to be declared, right? via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2YPkU7T
